Here at The Mandrake we are committed to immersing ourselves in cultures; from the artists we invite to tattoo us with symbols of their ancestors in Room 5 right through to the methods we use in our infamous dishes. We are so committed in fact, that when our owner Rami wanted to create our very own South American restaurant, we sent our head chef George and restaurant manager Juan to the Latin continent. They were tasked to learn the culture first-hand, to discover local culinary secrets from the hectic cities and rural villages to deliver them straight to your plates.
